5. Sanding of the cast aluminium piece is done to smooth out the surface. Painting is done as necessary.
Because of this particular manufacturing process, you can actually create very intricate designs which are replicated with the molten aluminium poured into the sand mold.
It is much easier to maintain a cast aluminium furniture compared to other types. It does not rust or require high maintenance. It is heavy enough to withstand strong winds You also do not really need to paint cast aluminium furniture. Unlike wood or low-grade aluminium, cast aluminium patio furniture does not chip or rust over time.
