We specialize in rehabbing old houses & moving them to new locations. Not many people can move a 10,000 square foot house by themselves. 3 1/2 years ago we purchases an old castle and moved it and we are now living in it.

The first video is private filming that highlights Bob Child's efforts in moving the structure through the streets of Chicago from 1706 West Jackson to its final resting spot on Adams Street. The music used was recorded for the Field Museum Exibit called "Backyard Monsters" by Ron Pegril and and collaborated on with Keith Hooper and is available on Hooper's record company, Fireworks Music.

The second video is a reproduction of the show called "Before and After" on HGTV with Pat Simpson as the host. This nationally broadcast segment features 7 different separate video sessions all tied together into a final viewing of the house move, restoration and renovation changes that the house underwent. Sit tight!
The third video is a reproduction of the renovation of our neighbor, Judy Payton's wonderful 1501 West Jackson Blvd. Project. This video shows the charm of our neighborhood and the wonderful collection of true individualists that the West Jackson District boasts.
